Is this a Ferry Service?
No, we are not a Ferry Service. We don’t have a regular schedule of leaving and coming like a bus schedule.
Our departure times vary depending on the charter, which are booked in advance for a particular day.
We are a charter service and stay with our guests during the entire charter/trip.
We do not “drop” passengers off at any of the Islands.
What is the minimum number of people / guests required to book the entire boat?
We require a minimum of 25 people or the equivalent of 25 paid adult passengers in order to book the boat.
What happens if I don’t have 25 people, but still want to go on a cruise?
Private charters are our core business. However, we will offer “Open Charters” throughout the year for the public, which will allow for smaller parties and families to join. Please check our online calendar for upcoming events. Tickets can be purchased online.
What can I bring?
Bring anything except illegal drugs and or contraband. Generally, people will bring a small cooler, snacks, and folding beach chairs, towels, etc. Alcohol is permitted. However, we ask that our guests drink responsibly. (No underage drinking allowed) We will provide complimentary water and soda. Additionally, we ask that guests not bring oversized coolers as they will take up seating and walkway space onboard.
Can we decorate the boat for a party?
You can decorate the boat. However, there may be some time constraints and certain decorations not allowed due to environmental reasons. (For example, no balloons) Please inquire with the Captain, we will work with you.
Are you handicap accessible?
Yes. We have sloping ramps down to the floating docks and sloping ramps up to access the boat. We have had wheelchairs, motorized scooters, and “walkers” on board. Please let us know and we will be happy to accommodate and assist you and your party.
Are there bathrooms (Heads) on board?
Yes. We have two fully equipped vanity restrooms (heads) on board with running water, sink, soap, paper towels, mirrors, etc.
Can I bring a pet?
No cows or horses LOL.😎. Service animals are allowed on the boat. However, please keep in mind, some destinations do not permit dogs, and they will have no access or availability to relieve themselves during the trip.
How many people do we need to keep it a private charter?
We typically need a minimum of 25 passengers or the equivalent of 25 paid passengers to book a private charter just your group.
Can I bring something to eat?
If you’re not doing an Island Cookout with us, you can bring anything you want to eat. Most people bring chips, sandwiches, fruit, cheese, fried chicken, etc.
Can you alter your cookout menu? Can you prepare for a vegan?
Please work with us in advance and we’ll be happy to try and accommodate you and your party.
Cancellations and Refunds?
Charters can only be cancelled by Captain due to weather or mechanical failures and are refundable minus 4% merchant fee or possibly rescheduled. Passengers who change their mind or don’t show up are non-refundable.
